Plus, billing and cancelling
The whole daily loop is free and stays free. Plus is the extras, and it exists so KinHuddle can stay ad-free and independent rather than to unlock the product.
What's free, forever
- Your family board and daily routines, for every child
- Two logins — one each for both grown-ups
- Milestones, the reward ladder and streaks
- Kid view, one step at a time, and calm mode
- Breaks and streak forgiveness
- The daily reminder email
- Games, adventures, the Night Cap and the win journal
- Two-factor sign-in
- Private, synced across every device
The daily reminder used to be a paid feature. Charging for the nudge to come back was the wrong call in an app about habits, so it's free on every plan.
What Plus adds
- Six logins instead of two — a grandparent, a sitter, whoever else is part of the week. Helpers can see the day and tick things off but can't change settings.
- The Sunday recap email — your family's week, who showed up, streaks, and your best day.
- Shareable win cards — a card worth texting to a grandparent.
- Members-only themes.
- Printable packs — weekly sheets and reward charts for the fridge.
- Full progress history in Trends; the free plan shows the last four weeks.
Cancelling
Menu → Manage subscription opens the billing portal, where you can cancel yourself. You don't need to email anyone and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Cancelling keeps Plus running until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — your history stays, your board stays, and if you come back later everything is where you left it.
Changing your card, or switching monthly to yearly
Both live in the same billing portal. Switching to yearly is prorated, so the unused part of the month you've paid for is credited rather than lost.
A charge that looks wrong
Email support@kinhuddleapp.com before disputing it with your bank. A dispute takes weeks and costs both of us; we would rather just refund you.
Card details
KinHuddle never sees or stores your card. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe's hosted checkout and customer portal — the card number is never typed into a KinHuddle page.
Still stuck?
Email support@kinhuddleapp.com and a real person reads it. If you're signed in, Menu → Help can copy your account details for you so the reply doesn't start with four questions.
